I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing an amazing Reiki session with Yanet from Yan Prana, and I am still in awe of her incredible energy and expertise. I have had the privilege of experiencing Yanet's REIKI healing from the beginning. My first experience, with little understanding of REIKI, was with Yanet on 11/11/21. However, during this REIKI experience, I accompanied Yanet to a separate appointment with someone who later became her REIKI teacher. I was open to the experience, specifically as I have an interest in quantum physics and had spent time researching quantum physics and new developments in science that prove Nikola Tesla's knowledge of the universe being vibration, frequency, and energy. I must be honest that I did not understand the power of energy healing at this point.

In my first experience, I underwent deeper emotional healing and balancing rather than physical healing, not because REIKI wasn't effective for physical healing, but simply because I had no physical ailments needing attention at that time. I experienced profound emotional healing that set the stage for truly remarkable physical healing; the body requires balance to be healed (emotionally and physically).

I am 48 years old as I write this review, and I have been an athlete my entire life, so injuries have accumulated on my body. In 2022, at the age of 47, I found myself deeply drawn to training in jiu-jitsu and found a home at 10th Planet Phoenix. As with most jiu-jitsu enthusiasts, I experienced a lot of injuries in the beginning, as my body was simply not used to being bent and manipulated. My injury list includes a complete tear and detachment of the left bicep, MCL, ACL, and meniscus tears, as well as a right shoulder tissue tear. Injuries will continue, but I have a secret weapon: Yan Prana REIKI, accompanied by her fascia release techniques. My injuries heal and have healed at an accelerated rate. I continue to train in the art and could not be where I am in jiu-jitsu without the power of REIKI healing.

First off, I want to say thank you. Thank you for making me a believer in reiki; when I walked into the shop, I had just managed a major sprain on my right ankle to the point where the doctors said it was close to a break. My ankle was swollen like a basketball. I could not walk, and I was informed that this type of sprain would take about 6-8 weeks, if not longer, until I would be able to walk completely. When I walked in to see Yanet, she saw the pain I was in. I had an air cast on. She then told me about the healing power of reiki (and, of course, I rolled my eyes, but I said I was willing to give it a try). The moment she placed her hands above my ankle, I felt the heat radiating off her hands, but that was not enough to make me a believer. But I kid you not, while she was performing her reiki session on me, the swelling started to go down immediately. WHILE SHE WAS DOING IT. The pain was subsiding; I walked out of there without my splint and as a firm believer that reiki is real and she has been given this gift to help those in need. I went back for a few more sessions. Herniated disc in my lower back, dealing with pain for over 3 years—practically gone. And when I do have moments of pain, she offers distant reiki sessions. I was driving from Arizona to California with major back and sciatic pain; 15 minutes later, my pain was basically gone. I had a major headache one night, and distant reiki from Yanet took it away. My puppy has hip discomfort, and he is even grateful for her. I will never question the power that the universe gives us to use. You have changed my mind about our ability to heal our bodies with the power of energy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
